Gong out with the Galactic Gong Mistress

Lie back, wrap up warm and let waves of sound do the work. Gong baths and Sarapy sound sessions are pure, unhurried rest, and many people find them deeply relaxing.

Gong baths

A gong bath is exactly what it sounds like: you bathe in sound. Bring a mat, blanket and pillow, get properly cosy, and Saz plays gongs and instruments around you while you do absolutely nothing at all. An hour of switching off, softening and simply being. Bliss.

  • Claydon: group gong baths for up to 16 guests, £22 per person
  • Sarapy Space, Ipswich: intimate gongs for up to 4 in Saz's home studio on Bramford Road
  • Felixstowe: coming soon, watch this space

Good to know: gong baths are a relaxation and wellbeing experience, not a medical treatment or therapy. Wear comfy clothes, bring layers (you cool down when you're that relaxed), and let Saz know when booking if you're pregnant or have any hearing sensitivities so she can set you up comfortably. Places are non-refundable with a 24-hour cancellation policy.
