When & where we wiggle

Classes run with Saz and the Bumba team, so the music keeps pumping even when Saz is off gonging at a festival.

SITness runs most Wednesdays but takes the odd week off; always check Bookwhen before travelling.

What to know before you wobble

  1. Book your spot on Bookwhen Pick a class, pay online, done. Or grab a bundle if you're feeling keen.
  2. Wear whatever you can move in Comfy clothes, supportive trainers, and a water bottle. That's it.
  3. Arrive a few minutes early Say hi, find your spot, no awkward front-row roulette.
  4. Dance at your own pace Every routine has easier options. If it wobbles, it's meant to!

The sensible bit: classes are inclusive and low-pressure, but they are still exercise. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are new to exercise, have a quick word with your GP first. A short waiver and disclaimer is agreed when you book, and places are non-refundable with a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Can't make your usual class? Bundles can be used across Bumba Fitness and SITness classes, so you can mix Mondays in Ipswich with Tuesdays by the seaside.
