Completely chair-based dance for anyone who prefers to keep their feet a little closer to the floor. Still a great workout & good for the core too! Perfect if you're returning to exercise, managing your joints, or simply fancy dancing sitting down.

Belly dance drawing on Egyptian Raqs Baladi with American Tribal influences. Learn to roll, shimmy and drum-solo your way to happier hips. Workshops run on demand for groups.
Ask about a workshopThe sensible bit: classes are inclusive and low-pressure, but they are still exercise. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are new to exercise, have a quick word with your GP first. A short waiver and disclaimer is agreed when you book, and places are non-refundable with a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Can't make your usual class? Bundles can be used across Bumba Fitness and SITness classes, so you can mix Mondays in Ipswich with Tuesdays by the seaside.
