A Bumba visit is a seated dance party. Residents move as much or as little as they like, from a tap of the toes to a full seated shimmy, all to music that sparks memories and gets the whole room joining in. Sessions are built around enjoyment, social connection and gentle movement, and they're positively beneficial to overall mental well-being.
